Booking, Cancellation & Payments Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling within six hours of the appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Pricing varies based on hair length, service complexity, and the expertise of the stylist. A valid credit or debit card is required for all bookings.
Liability Waiver Clients must disclose any allergies or health concerns before receiving a service. The salon is not liable for any reactions or injuries resulting from services or products used, as long as reasonable care was taken.
Complaints & Incident Reporting Clients should report dissatisfaction to management immediately. If an issue remains unresolved, a formal complaint may be submitted. Any incidents must be reported and documented with relevant details, including witnesses if applicable.
Salon Rights & Policy Enforcement The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies, engages in inappropriate behavior, or causes damage. Refunds and reworks are at the salon’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy All services are final, and no refunds will be issued. If a client is dissatisfied with a service, a free rework will be offered within 24 hours, provided the complaint is within the original service scope. Adjustments for nails, color, or cuts are available within one week. Corrective services will be provided at no charge if the dissatisfaction results from a salon error.
